The process:

Our sealcoat maintenance process includes cleaning the asphalt in preparation for an evenly sprayed application of sealer. The perimeter of the asphalt is trimmed of vegetation and then the asphalt is power swept and blown clean of dirt and debris. Oil and gas stains are pretreated with spot primer in order to ensure proper adhesion. If crack repair is required they are filled before the sealing. All bricks, interlock walkways and exterior walls of the buildings are boarded to ensure perfect application with flawless trim. The asphalt is then sealed off with caution tape for the over night drying process. Your asphalt is ready the next day. Parking lot lines can be re-sprayed first thing in the morning drying almost instantaneously leaving your parking lot ready for customers.

Process:

We professionally clean and prepare your asphalt cracks in order to ensure a proper application is applied with the strongest adhesion possible. We clean the cracks of all debris using high pressure power blowers, heat lancers and asphalt grazers. Our product is heated and injected directly into the asphalt fractures creating a flexible seal with the existing crack walls and surrounding pavement surface. Solvent-borne paints dry faster and their enhanced dirt resistance makes your parking lot available sooner and looking sharp longer. In addition, we offer durable resin formulations that extend the life of lines in high-traffic areas.

Process:

We will clean your existing asphalt in preparation for an evenly-sprayed application of new yellow or white paint. We only use professional titan, airless line stripers to create razor sharp lines. This state-of-the-art equipment guarantees lines that are the proper width and applied at optimum thickness. While the lines are painted, the parking lot is sectioned off but can be opened in as little as 15 minutes after curing.
